Who we are

Swiftloop is a South African business that builds AI-assisted lead handling for small service businesses. This notice covers the interest form on this website and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form:

• your name, email address and (optionally) phone or WhatsApp number
• your business name and type of business
• how enquiries reach you, roughly how many, and which plan you're curious about
• anything extra you choose to tell us

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Swiftloop and arrange a call about whether it suits your business. We don't sell your details or use them for anything unrelated.

Who handles it

Your submission is delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which processes it on our behalf only to pass it on to us. Our founders are the only people who read it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to follow up with you about Swiftloop. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to us using it. Email hello@swiftloop.co.za.

If you're not happy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
